  • Overview

    Allied Beverage, the leading wine & spirits distributor in the state of NJ is currently hiring Customer Service Reps for our new state of the art building located in Elizabeth, NJ.  The primary function of this position is to process orders, replacement bills and returns.  Assist customers and sales personnel with service issues to bring them to resolution.  The Customer Service Representative is expected to work in cooperation with other company personnel, as required to advance the service level.


    • Answer and respond to customer calls
    • Enter customer orders into system
    • Process, organize, and file paperwork
    • Performs other duties as assigned




    • Experience in an office environment (1-2) years in a service environment would be preferable), with a knowledge of basic office equipment, to include PC. 
    • Must be able to work in a team environment with flexibility (seasonal overtime hours would be one example). 
    • Should be adept in oral and written communication skills and have a professional demeanor.
    • Should be a self starter with good organizational skills and the ability to time manage under pressure while maintaining a courteous approach with customers, co-workers, etc. 
    • Must have the ability to accurately interpret the price structure, to include level deal and RIP calculations.
