  • Overview

    Allied Beverage Group, the leading wine & spirits distributor in the state of NJ is seeking to hire an Operations Process Manager for the Carlstadt, NJ location.  

    The Operations Process Manager is a key leader position in the distribution and operations organization reporting directly to the VP of Operations. The primary role of the process manager is to ensure optimal productivity by developing overseeing and regulations of various work procedures. The process manager will strive to improve efficiency and quality through the supervision of individuals and/or computer systems, network strategies and quantity control metrics and measures.


    • Coordinate teams and train staff.
    • Creation of documents, interacting with managerial staff and training employees as needed.
    • Able to employ leadership, critical thinking and time management skills and can work effectively both independently and in teams.
    • Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
    • Use of business management programs to help them manage business operations, finance and other areas they might be analyzing.
    • Utilization of tools designed to help management use charts, track workflow, create lists and develop collaborative efforts in process improvement.
    • Reducing spending and improve operational efficiency.
    • Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed.
    • Reduce process errors, improve process results and save costs.
    • Use of Microsoft Excel to arrange and gather data about business processes and procedures.
    • Able to show impact to sales and customer through objective metrics based on process changes in operations and delivery.
    • Coordinating and participation in cross functional groups with ability to resolve complex issues with data and actionable goals.
    • Able to stay relevant with Supply chain best practices across multiple industries.


    A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting, Business or Logistics Management)

    3-5 years of direct supervisor level experience within an operations or distribution environment.

    3+ years Operations management experience.

    5+ years of Supply Chain experience.
