Allied Beverage Group, the leading wine and spirits distributor in the state of New Jersey, is looking for a Benefits Manager to work from our Carlstadt location.
Provide support in functional areas of Human Resources with a concentration in health benefits management, compliance updates, FMLA, Workers Compensation, disability, ACA, wellness, and special projects. Benefits Manager will be responsible for analyzing, designing and administering all employee benefits programs, such as medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans and 401k plans. They will analyze the company’s existing benefits programs and suggest modifications in order to ensure that the company’s programs remain competitive. Will be responsible for educating the human resources team and associates about benefit packages and administering leaves of absences. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, publications, networks, and participating in professional societies. Achieve financial objectives by analyzing variances, benefit budgets, and reviewing expenditures. Participate with others in strategic developments primarily involving workers compensation, benefits renewal, and wellness programs.
