  • Overview

    Allied Beverage Group, the largest distributor of wine, spirits and beer in New Jersey is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in the West Caldwell Office.


    We need a detail oriented person with excellent Excel skills to assist the General Manager, Sales Managers and Sale Rep with the dissemination of information.  Work with Business Analysis Department in creating reports, trackers and Performance Models.







    • Track sales and maintain reports by supplier, by sales division and by sales rep through Diver system.
    • Develop, track and send daily, weekly, monthly and calendar year end reports to sales team using Excel spreadsheets.
    • Provide reports to managers on sales performance.
    • Create surveys to collect information from sales reps regarding certain sales incentives.
    • Collect surveys and analyze results based on comparing established goals to actual sales and incorporate communications through Excel spreadsheets.
    • Update divisional sales reports on a weekly basis.
    • Communicate with business managers to determine supplier programs, budgets and results to ensure programs remain within budgeted allowances.
    • Once approved, provide Finance with program payouts.
    • Organize meetings between General Manager and Business Managers to obtain goals for monthly sales programs.
    • Follow up when necessary for clarification or changes.
    • Assist with the set up and break down of wine seminars/tastings.







    • College Degree.
    • 4 plus years working in a fast paced sales or marketing department for a consumer products company.
    • Proficiency in Excel.  Knowledge of Diver application is helpful.
    • Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently.
    • Strong analytical skills a must.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
    • Excellent follow up skills required.
    • Ability to prioritize workload with limited direction.
    • Ability to work independently and follow up as needed to meet deadlines.
    • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple projects/responsibilities at any given time.
    • Ability to multi-task is a necessity.
    • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours to meet needs of the department.
    • Experience working in the wine and spirits industry is also helpful.
